The Apartment Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and comfort of residential apartment properties. As an individual contributor, this position is responsible for a broad array of maintenance tasks ranging from plumbing and electrical repairs to HVAC upkeep and carpentry.
