Job Description

• Develop and execute creative concepts and visual strategies for projects within the FMCG industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology specialists, to align creative output with project goals.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet brand standards and objectives.
• Provide guidance and direction to design teams on creative best practices and innovative approaches.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets in alignment with project timelines and priorities.
• Stay current with industry trends to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project needs and present creative solutions.
• Maintain consistency across all creative outputs to uphold the brand identity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Art Director should have:

• Strong experience in developing and managing creative projects within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to the role.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to present and articulate creative ideas.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling principles.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Adaptability to work in a busy and varied environment.
