Tría Fitness is looking for an energetic, reliable Boxing Coach who is passionate about fitness, great coaching, and helping people build a healthier relationship with movement. Our Boxing classes combine boxing fundamentals, conditioning, intentional music, and evidence-based coaching to create an immersive experience. We’re looking for someone who can bring energy to a room while maintaining the technique, safety, and consistency our clients deserve. What You’ll Do Lead high-energy, engaging Boxing classes for a range of fitness levels Coach proper boxing fundamentals, form, technique, and safe progression Use music intentionally to drive energy, pacing, and the class experience Motivate clients around health, confidence, capability, and sustainable habits, not body-image chasing Create a welcoming environment where clients feel challenged and supported Show up prepared, reliable, and ready to deliver a consistent experience Contribute to a team-first coaching culture What We’re Looking For Strong fitness, athletic, boxing, martial arts, or movement background Boxing and/or group fitness coaching experience preferred High-energy, confident presence and strong communication skills Reliable, professional, and consistent Comfortable receiving feedback and committed to continued development Team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people Alignment with Tría’s approach to healthy, sustainable fitness CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain Being a Tría Coach Being a Tría Coach goes beyond the classes you teach. Our Coaches are expected to: Attend one Coach training every three weeks Participate in at least two Tría classes per week outside of the classes they teach Share and promote their coaching and Tría classes through their personal social media Support fellow Coaches and actively participate in the Tría community Continue developing their coaching skills through practice, feedback, and training Why Tría?
